Spiti Valley er en kold ørken bjergdal beliggende højt i Himalaya i den nordøstlige del af den nordlige indiske delstat Himachal Pradesh. Navnet Spiti betyder Mellemlandet, dvs. landet mellem Tibet og Indien.
Lokalbefolkningen følger Vajrayana buddhisme svarende til den, der findes i de nærliggende Tibet og Ladakh regioner. Dalen og den omkringliggende region er en af de mindst befolkede regioner i Indien og er porten til landets nordligste rækkevidde. På den nordlige rute fra Manali, Himachal Pradesh eller Keylong via henholdsvis Rohtang Pass eller Kunsum Pass ligger dalen i den nordøstlige del af den indiske stat Himachal Pradesh og er en del af Lahaul og Spiti-distriktet. Underafdelingens hovedkvarter (hovedstad) er Kasa, Himachal Pradesh, som ligger langs Spiti-floden i en højde af omkring 12.500 fod (3.800 m) over havets overflade.
