Hoy hablamos de los bocconotti montoriesi, un dulce típico de Montorio al Vomano, en la provincia de Teramo. Para fabricarlas, se utilizan moldes metálicos, que en la zona son fabricados por artesanos a partir de latas de aceite o café.
